I'll start with my one gripe with this bag holder- it doesn't sit still on a standard leash, even madetoroam ones. When I put this on our leash, it slid halfway down by the time we were out the door. I tried attaching it to the ring, but it still bounced around too much for my liking. I did, however, discover that it's a great fit on the handle of a retractable leash (don't @ me, my well trained dog has earned the right to hike on a flexi) and stays put and out of the way, so I will be keeping it on that leash for sure!
Overall I like the leash holder, it's low profile and stays securely clipped even if it does move around. Seems very well made and durable, as I've found madetoroam products are!
