Customers have 30 days from delivery date to request for a refund or exchange. All items must be unused in its original condition and packaging, and with tags.

All returns and exchanges are subject to an $8.99 return shipping fee.

Please note that items purchased from our clearance section are not eligible for return or exchange and are considered "Final Sale". This policy is clearly indicated on the product page. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase of these items.

For both returns and exchanges, customers will be responsible for the cost of the prepaid return shipping label at a flat rate of $8.99. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If the product is exchanged, we will ship out the new product at no additional cost.

"Final Sale" indicates that the item is sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged. This designation typically applies to clearance items and is noted on the product page and during checkout.

We currently only ship within continental USA.

Please allow 3-5 business days processing time before your order is shipped. Once shipped, your order will then take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive.Please note orders going to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a longer processing and shipping time.
