How can I cancel my order?

Double check your dog gear and the total amount in your cart before you complete your order—we’re unable to modify or make edits once it’s been placed.

If you need to cancel an order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing the order by clicking here

Can I change the address on my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit the address. However, if you placed your order within the last 12 hours, you can cancel and reorder with the correct address.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Customers have 30 days on receipt of the product to request for a refund or exchange. All items must be unused in its original condition and packaging, and with tags.

All returns and exchanges are subject to an $8.99 return shipping fee.

How do I return/exchange an item?

Are returns/exchanges free?

For both returns and exchanges, customers will be responsible for the cost of the prepaid return shipping label at a flat rate of $8.99. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If the product is exchanged, we will ship out the new product at no additional cost.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within continental USA.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days processing time before your order is shipped. Once shipped, your order will then take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive.Please note orders going to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a longer processing and shipping time.
