FAQ
Soak in warm water with a small amount of mild detergent for one hour. For stubborn stains, use a soft bristled brush to gently scrub the nylon. Wipe metal hardware with a damp cloth. Hang to dry.

The collar was fine but the customer service is terrible. I ordered this collar and it was too large. I attempted to exchange it for the correct size but the size/color I needed was greyed out and listed as "not eligible", even though the size/color i wanted was available as a new purchase on the website. I emailed customer service twice over a period of two weeks and received no response so I decided to return the collar, at a cost per the site's return policy. In the end I paid $8.99 for a terrible shopping experience. Won't order again, won't recommend.
