Crafted with toughness and durability in mind. We took our super lightweight and secure auto-locking carabiner, made from Aviation Aluminum, and combined it with real, premium quality climbing rope.
Our climbing rope is woven from genuine polyamide nylon. Quick-drying and dirt-repellent, the Explorer is made to endure all your scenic hikes and rocky treks, rain or shine.

FAQ
Soak in warm water with a small amount of mild detergent for one hour. For stubborn stains, use a soft bristled brush to gently scrub the rope. Wipe metal hardware with a damp cloth. Hang to dry.

Love the leash! It is comfortable to hold and seems very sturdy for my 75 pound dog. My old leash had an extra loop near the collar latch to allow for a "short leash hold" and I kind of miss that feature, but the round smooth collar is easy to loop around my hand at a lower spot if I need to keep him close. Appreciate the ring on the handle to attach my dog-bag holder. I was attracted to this particular collection due to the colors offered, but found upon delivery that the quality seems to be excellent as well! I also ordered the collar and harness and those are fab too.

I bought 2 of these leashes for my 2 boxers, 80 and 84 lbs., and very strong. During the first walk with my dogs I was not confident that the leashes are strong enough to restrain them if they attempt to go after something and stress the leashes. I am afraid that the point where the leash is secured to the carabiner will fail and the dog will get loose.
I ordered the Oregon Hayes leash collar and harness set for my mini Aussie for hiking and it is perfect. It’s durable. He has plenty of movement. It’s not restricted and he doesn’t get hot. Love it. I’m going to be ordering another set in a different color for my Rottweiler.
