Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit the address. However, if you placed your order within the last 24 hours, you can cancel and reorder with the correct address.

Customers have 30 days on receipt of the product to request for a refund or exchange. All items must be unused in its original condition and packaging, and with tags.

All returns and exchanges are subject to an $8.99 return shipping fee.

We do not charge a restocking fee. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of the prepaid return shipping label at a flat rate of $8.99. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

We currently only ship within continental USA.

Please allow 3-5 business days processing time before your order is shipped. Once shipped, your order will then take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive.

Please note orders going to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a longer processing and shipping time.

We charge a flat rate of $8.99 for all of continental USA, and $10.99 for the states of Hawaii and Alaska. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
